2017

Over the coming year the RCPCH will be developing its Quality Improvement (QI) training offer with a combination of both e-learning and face-to-face courses.

We plan to offer training in both the basic tools and principles of QI and the application of these within particular services or topics.

The training will aim to support individuals, local hospitals/communities and regional collaborative networks to embed QI principles in services and will focus on three essential areas:

-  Working in multidisciplinary teams
-  Involving patients and carers
-  Leadership and developing QI coaches

By completing this short questionnaire you can help us to develop a training offer that meets your needs. Your feedback is very important to us and your time is greatly appreciated.

Please note that the definition of ‘Quality improvement’ used in this survey implies implementing change and improving the quality of care (efficiency, patient experience, safety)  within a multi-professional team. It is not simply gathering data.

Thank you for your support.
